The event began with talks that educated participants on health topics focused on increasing awareness of common health issues, highlighting preventive measures, and emphasizing the importance of regular health check-ups. The talks were then followed by the actual health screenings and vaccinations that promote preventive healthcare and that help to reduce the risk of serious health issues within the community.

The free screenings event not only brought several significant health benefits to the community, it also fostered a sense of solidarity by bringing together people with the common goal of improving health and well-being. It further demonstrated the Church's commitment to serving and supporting the local community, thereby strengthening ties between the Church and residents. Those who, besides physical suport, were also seeking spiritual and emotional support were able to meet with missionaries who provided that support, satisfying those individuals' holistic needs.

Acknowledging that this kind of collaboration between church and government can lead to greater community solidarity, wellbeing, and spiritual growth, Mr. Patrick Boamah of the government attended as a representative member of Parliament. In addition to partnering with the government, The Church's collaboration with other important community stakeholders, such as MAB Iinternational Hospital, helped pave the way for future partnerships and joint initiatives.
