Laptops Empower Dreams for Deserving BYU-Pathway Students 

Recently, in a heartwarming event at the BYU-Pathway Worldwide Office in Lagos, Nigeria, a group of determined students received a significant boost on their educational journey. Victor Ukorebi, the International Area Manager for BYU-Pathway Worldwide, alongside Laura Udobong, a proud graduate of PathwayConnect and currently enrolled at BYU-Idaho Online, presented brand new laptops to three exceptional students: Emmanuel Uwe, Mayowa Sogbola, and Roseline Chinedu Kalu.

Emmanuel Uwe, his eyes filled with gratitude, expressed, "I am immensely grateful for this laptop that will be instrumental in helping me complete my BYU-Pathway Degree. As I press forward with my studies, I firmly believe that the Lord will guide and assist me every step of the way."

Mayowa Sogbola, a driven student pursuing a degree in entrepreneurship, couldn't contain his joy as he shared his thoughts, "Being a student of BYU-Pathway Online brings me immense happiness, and receiving this laptop adds to the excitement. I am so thankful for this valuable tool that will aid me in my educational pursuits."

Roseline Chinedu Kalu, beaming with appreciation, described her experience as a BYU-Pathway student, saying, "It has been an absolute blessing to be a part of the BYU-Pathway program. This laptop will undoubtedly enhance my course learning, and I am deeply grateful for it."

The laptops were made possible through the generosity of Brother and Sister Lewis from Utah, USA, who selflessly donated to support the educational aspirations of these bright students. Their contribution is a testament to the power of giving, making a significant impact in the lives of young learners striving to improve their future through education.

Brother Ukorebi took the opportunity to encourage all the students to continue working hard and to set an example for others in their pursuit of education. He emphasized the importance of faith, dedication, and perseverance in achieving their goals.
