In preparation for the much-anticipated October 2021 General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints leaders from the Africa West Area were interviewed by national media outlets in Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire, Benin Republic, Nigeria, Ghana and Liberia.

Priesthood leaders and Sister Organization Advisers shared the message that General Conference will provide an opportunity to receive personal revelation as living prophets give counsel and direction.

Sister Mavis Kazeh-Anfo, Area Organization Advisor for Ghana Accra and Accra West spoke to GHOne TV, "Everyone is invited to attend this conference.  Most of us have questions that we need answers to and If we prepare and open our hearts we will hear Him.  We will be able to receive a message that is for us."

Elder Daniel Kabason, Sierra Leone Liberia Area Seventy, shared, "By tuning into October General Conference we are able to feel more peace in our life, peace in our family and peace in our community. During these tumultuous times we invite everyone to hear messages of Jesus Christ shared by his living prophets and disciples."

Elder Annan-Simons, Accra Area Seventy, stated, "Heavenly Father loves each one of His children and He knows exactly what we need.  We invite all to come with questions.  If you have any gospel question or situation that you are dealing with in your life that you want answers to, Heavenly Father will speak to you through this conference.  You will feel and hear Him through the power of the Spirit."

The interview closed with the reporter from GHOne stating that, "And that should be good news for everyone out there who needs to hear from God."
